Gonna got ya, Very Disappointed:(I’ve been working with customer service for weeks to recover an account from when the game first came out. I gave all the information that was relevant at one time to recover an account. I know this because I had to recover it before and between customer service and the screen shots for just in case (which happened) I was able to recover it. Now a couple of years later after spending over $1000 and maxing VIP 15, it is gone again and the steps given to recover it now, I already knew wouldn’t work, but I followed them perfectly twice and nothing but them asking for the original info I sent in the beginning that wasn’t used and asked for again. Recover the account please and I’ll consider changing my review. If not, I can’t just start over.

Shes honestly worse than ember in fulfilling her role.Riley: You put her as an A in HoL, however I've never seen a use for her. Her utility is useless vs bosses and Huron flat out ignores her revive.Ember: D everything.

There's no reason to waste a single resource on this hero.Seraphine: You have her as an A in HoL, however none of the 3 fights would require her over the standard 6-7 for every fight. I'd go as far as to say C.Same goes for Osiris and Mortus.Ethera: As was said by another user, Ethera belongs in the A category for Crucible. Shes a get out of jail free card and can easily wipe 2-3 back liners out per ult.Wraxius: This one is tricky. You have him as a B in raids which is fair.

But I see no mention of the huge synergy he has vs the Vincent raid boss. If you use wraxius, he will easily do 1,000,000 solo as he copies the insane skills vincent has.

Killjoy has more utility in early cof with a healer and in epic arena in one defending team(many doesnt have him 7. but still works with few star4-5 i would rate him c/b in arena section.Ethera is actually an A on cof in my opinion, she has the right ultimate to kill and prevent as much damage possible to get past more stages.Baltor 7. in epic arena or defense arena is more useful then a C (tested him only orage fused) i would say B, can create very akward situations.The 'how do i spend my currency' needs still some correction in primary role and damage but i agree with the ranks.
