Hello, why does WIndows explorer show a different 'date created' and 'date modified' for files? Than what is in the properties of the file? The below screenshot has a modified and a created date.

But they are very different from the dates I see if I lookat the properties of the file. Looks like windows takes the date I copied the file into the directory (which is today) and makes that the 'date created'. But whats weird is my 'date modified' is 5 days earlier than the date created. I think 5 days ago (whenthe file was in a different directory) I either opened the file or edited it so my guess is that's why Windows says it was modified 5 days ago.
