You can gain more crew member slots as your main character levels up, however only 6 members of the crew can be in one battle at the same time. Crew 6 only on lvl 115. You can recruit crew at Sailor Bars after you reach certain levels. The crews you recuited will be listed in the Logbook. Ngames interactive limited.
